I am taking apple cider vinegar pills, chromium pills and drinking protein shakes,along with drinking water,eating veggies and daily exercise. I have been doing this for two weeks and let me tell you my clothes are starting to get a little loose, but the scale is saying that I only lost 4 pounds but it is inches that count and they are counting down, so to the people that think that they can't do this you can I did and I love fast food, sugar and all those other great tasting foods, you got to really want this and have will power. "beleive in yourself and love yourself"
